Beloved One:

WELCOME! You might be asking yourself, “Just what is a Forgiveness Diet?” Most of us have been conditioned to equate the concept of dieting with food and the diet industry which is a billion dollar industry. Although people are investing in all sorts of diets, they are also struggling through the diet process in an effort to re-define who they are only to discover that no matter how much they do or do not eat, certain things do not change. One such thing is relationships. Most of us eat in certain ways as a matter of habit. Habits are hard to break and the diet industry is well aware of that fact. By the same token, most of us create and engage family, social and intimate relationships as a matter of habit. We do and expect what we have done and received in the past. In many instances, this past referencing does not bring us joy or fulfillment in our relationships with others. The only true way to create more loving and lasting relationship is by forgiving the past. A forgiveness diet is a means by which we release the past in order to experience the fullness of the present moment.

A Forgiveness Diet does not address how or what we eat. It is about energy - - what we carry and what we attract. Forgiveness addresses how we think and feel about ourselves and others and, how those thoughts manifest within our life force or energy. It eliminates what we have put into our minds about who we are; who others are and, the subsequent issues or upsets that grow from the thoughts and the emotions attached to the thoughts. Creating a loving, healthy and fulfilling life and relationship begins in the mind. Quite often, we are stuck in the memories of what we have done or not done, what others have done to us or not done for us. How we think and feel does not feed us, nurture us, nourish us, nor do they make or keep us peaceful or loving.

This Forgiveness Diet is a process that eliminates toxins and wounds of the past from the mind and the heart. It is about stretching into a new way of thinking, being and living. This diet is about building endurance and strength, mental strength and emotional endurance. In today’s world, strength and endurance is something we can all use a lot more of each day. This Forgiveness Diet is my formal invitation for you to join me in a 7 day get-clear process. It is a process in which we will clear the decks of your mind in order to create space within yourself to live with more love for yourself and others, a deeper sense of peace and well-being and clarity about the lessons and blessings available to you.

I believe Forgiveness Work is the most important inner work you can do within your mind and for your heart. Forgive everyone for everything! I am coaching you to do a page of Forgiveness Work each day, for 7 consecutive days. If for any reason you miss a day, I encourage you to begin again until you complete the 7 consecutive days. In order to complete every situation addressed in this process, you can expect to spend a minimum 14 days completing the process. It will be the most valuable time you can spend on yourself. Also know that as you begin this process, you will be tempted. The very person or experience you are forgiving will more often than not give you cause or reason not to forgive. Be Aware! This too, is a part of the process. You will be tested by the universe to ensure that you mean what you say and, that you are committed to what you are doing.

No matter what happens or how you feel about it, KEEP FORGIVING!
